  Mental fitness can be defined as having and maintaining a state of well-being and cultivating awareness of how we think, behave and feel. Physical          fitness provides confidence in how you look, feel and viewed from some. Mental fitness equally adds & provides value in the way YOU feel & see            yourself.



 
Why is this important:
  Mental fitness translates into maintaining & developing your brain and emotional health.



 
Stop multi-tasking:

  Multitasking enables you to get more things done at once, however; lack of rest & recouperation of your mental fitness may create more problems        than it solves.


 

  Self-accountability:

  The mind is a muscle, just like the heart. Muscles grow, get stronger if maintained. Muscles also become weak if not maintained. Life is about        balance; this provides internal motivation for other forms of self-improvement.



 
It allows people to craft better thoughts of you:
  Mental fitness will lead to emotional resilience
